| Educational Qualification (LDC) | Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent passed from a recognized board. Must possess knowledge of computer operation and computer typing (Hindi & English). Desirable: Experience from Ex-Havaldar to Subedar Major or equivalent rank in Navy/Air Force. |
| Physical Requirement | Must be physically fit for outdoor work and potentially capable of military service if required. |
