Assistant Manager (Credit) Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline PLUS
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost & Management Accountant (CMA/ICWA) / Company Secretary (CS)
- OR Full-time 2-year MBA / MMS / PGDM / PGDBM with Finance specialization (Minimum 60% aggregate marks; 55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD).
Assistant Manager (IT) Qualifications & Experience
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (IT)/MS/M.Tech/5-year Integrated M.Tech in specific IT/Computer Science/Electronics fields.
- Mandatory Experience: Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in designated IT domains (e.g., Cloud, DevSecOps, Networking, Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Software Development, AI/ML, OS Admin, DB Admin, Data Centre Ops, API Development).
- Desirable: Relevant IT certifications (Cloud, Networking, Security, Data, Database, API, etc.).
Compensation and Service Terms
Selected candidates will be appointed in the Junior Management Grade Scale-I (JMGS-I).
