Eligibility Criteria

Salary Details
Selected candidates will be offered an attractive salary package in the IDA (Industrial Dearness Allowance) Pay Scale.

In addition to the basic pay, employees are entitled to allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other benefits as per company policy. The in-hand salary will vary based on the posting location and applicable deductions. Selected candidates will undergo a probation period of one year. A service bond for a minimum of three years is also applicable.
